The common space hosts the breakfast area and, during the day, provides a still and sparkling water dispenser with bottles and glasses, a kettle and everything you need to prepare tea and herbal infusions and a small library where you can read a good book or leave one in exchange for another. The property is sustainable and 100% electric with solar panels.
